BALKOTEC® T – steps
Carrier material: cement-bonded board according to EN standard 13986:2005-03
Strength values: the steps have the following characteristic strength and stiffness according to DIN 1052:2004-08:
Flexural strength: Æ’m,k = 9.0 N/mm2
Modulus of elasticity: Emean = 4,500 N/mm
Step’s own weight: approx. 39 kg/m2
Load capacity: BALKOTEC® T – steps have to be supported by a bearing structure across their entire width at the front and back. The board may not protrude by more than 30 mm over the front edge of the step. Platform boards are produced from BALKOTEC® C.
Anti-slip rating: R11
OUTDOOR FURNITURE
Max Exterior panels can be used as table tops, benches or other pieces of furniture outdoors.
SUN PROTECTION ELEMENTS
Max Exterior panels between 8 mm and 15 mm thick can be used as sun shades outdoors.
WINDOW SHUTTERS
Max Exterior panels can be installed as window shutters on hinges or in sliding elements.
